Happy Song is here! Pass it on!

Hey nature friend,
Wanna know something wild?
A song can grow!

Not in a garden bed (though that would be cool!) —
but in your heart, and in your home.

When you sing a song, you’re not just making music…
you’re planting happiness seeds!

The Happy Song

This week, I’ve been singing The Happy Song every day.
It’s about joy, calm, and care — little things that help our hearts feel sunny inside.

When I sing it, I feel grounded, like my feet are roots.
When I share it, it grows — like wildflowers spreading across a field!

And here’s the fun part:
you can help it grow too.

How to Pass It On

Sing it loud (or hum it quietly — both work!)
Share it with someone who might need a smile.
Dance to it in your garden, classroom, or backyard.
Teach it to your friends, your pets, or your favourite tree.

Every time you share it, the happiness seed travels somewhere new.
That’s what “passing it on” means —
You’re helping joy visit someone else’s day.

The Big Happy Season

We’re planting The Happy Song all summer long!
From Mental Health Week to Valentine’s Day,
we’ll be celebrating:

♻️ Happy Recycling Week – because care never ends!
💧 Happy Water Week – time to water our seeds (and ourselves).
🌾 Happy Soil Day – where roots and kindness grow.
🎄 Happy Holidays & Happy Summer!
🌸 Valentine’s Day – when we share flowers that we’ve grown, not flown!

Each celebration is another chance to grow kindness, share care, and sing together.

Be a Song Gardener!

Plant joy wherever you go.
Throw song love hearts around
If you hear The Happy Song – sing it.
If it makes you smile – share it.
If it helps you feel calm – pass it on.

Because happiness grows best when we share it.
